On the 1/8 tracks, 4WD SC is dead in our area because the jumps are too big and cause parachuting problems. some folks claim this makes you a better driver but I find that I'm much closer in skill with the pros in 4WD than I am 2WD which tells me that I am a better driver with 4WD.
I prefer 4WD regardless of class, it's not clear if you're comparing 1/10 SCT to 1/8 Buggy or 1/10 Buggy?ĢWD classes tend to be more difficult to drive.
